Sales Manager - Beauty & Wellness B2B

About the role

Booklee, a booking platform for the beauty and wellness industry, is hiring a full-time Sales Manager for a hybrid position based in Lebanon. The Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting beauty and wellness businesses to closing new accounts, and works closely with marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect beauty and wellness businesses, conduct product demos and close new accounts
• Manage key relationships with clinics and spa owners and identify opportunities to expand platform usage
• Ensure high activation and retention of professional users
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, refine messaging and give feedback on market needs
• Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports and mentor team members
• Represent Booklee at industry events and meetings

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, technology or the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong lead generation, pipeline management and consultative selling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to engage business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to refine strategies
• Comfortable in a hybrid environment, with strong self-organisation, time management and collaboration skills
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus
