Business Developer

About the role

A company based in Lebanon is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and contribute to the company's growth. The position is on-site and requires strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential target markets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present the company's services and develop tailored business proposals.
• Negotiate deals and work with clients to close sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline progress and performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lebanon.
