Customer Service Representative - Florist Branch

About the role

This role provides excellent customer service at Exotica branches in Jounieh, Achrafieh and Verdun, by answering customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty. It combines front-line customer service with product quality control, point-of-sale processing and coordination with the florists.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, offering a welcoming environment and professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products, using effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with the florists to ensure smooth daily operations and customer flow.
• Oversee the quality and presentation of flowers, plants and accessories on display, and ensure only quality products are received and displayed.
• Support monitoring of inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards and other payment methods.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash reports and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail or a similar role; cashiering experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
