Salesperson - Digital Transformation Services

About the role

Thrubits is a technology-driven company helping Lebanese businesses modernise and grow by improving the visibility of national brands and guiding them through digital transformation. It is hiring a part-time, on-site Salesperson based in Beirut to identify and approach prospective clients, present its services and build lasting relationships with businesses looking to transform digitally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients and present Thrubits' services
• Conduct outreach calls and meetings, and follow up on leads
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and gather client feedback
• Contribute to sales targets and business development initiatives

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused, consultative approach
• Basic understanding of digital services, technology solutions or marketing concepts, and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time, work independently on-site in Beirut and handle several client interactions at once
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, retail or client-facing roles is preferred but not required
• High level of professionalism, integrity and motivation
