Floor Manager

About the role

The Floor Manager will lead daily operations at Skin Society’s flagship store in Beirut, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth store performance. This full‑time, on‑site position combines team leadership, visual merchandising oversight, and operational coordination within a fast‑paced beauty and wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff, manage schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate promotions, inventory flow, and reporting with senior management.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate on operational enhancements and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in operations management within retail, hospitality, or beauty/wellness settings.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast‑paced environments and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Organizational, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with inventory and reporting tools.
