Insurance Agent

About the role

Responsible for identifying sales prospects for insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. The main duty is meeting potential clients to grow the customer base by exploring needs and matching them with products and services. Also accountable for handling policy renewals and servicing client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Prospect for potential leads from various sources to build a database of prospective clients.
• Conduct daily client visits to assess potential insurance needs.
• Ensure full submission of new applications with proper information and premium settlements.
• Provide quality after‑sales service to improve customer satisfaction, plan follow‑up visits and evaluate needs.
• Complete daily activity reports and review performance ratios with the unit manager weekly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper completion of policy requirements.
• Update job knowledge by participating in trainings and maintaining personal networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in soft‑service businesses such as consulting, banking, insurance or retail.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
