Maintenance Sales Executive

About the role

The Maintenance Sales Executive will drive sales of maintenance contracts and services for ZOD Security’s portfolio of security and safety solutions. Based in Dbayeh, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and conduct site visits to assess needs.
• Prepare, present and negotiate maintenance proposals and service agreements.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to schedule maintenance visits and ensure service quality.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track pipeline activity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience, preferably in maintenance or service sales for security, safety, facilities or related technical fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build long‑term client relationships.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and site visits.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
