Sales Representative – Food Ingredients

About the role

BanoPuratos, a fast‑growing joint‑venture in the Middle East, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join its Lebanon team in Bshamoun. You will be the front‑line liaison between the company and bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers, helping them access premium ingredients that meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across all product categories within the assigned territory.
• Schedule appointments, conduct sales presentations, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales applications, collect legal documents, and process orders based on price lists.
• Implement promotional activities, new product launches, and market‑share initiatives.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and generate replenishment orders as needed.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and ensure company standards are upheld.
• Collect invoices and payments promptly and follow up on account statements for credit notes and financial adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food‑ingredients or related B2B sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
