Fashion Retail Salesperson

About the role

The Fashion Retail Salesperson will work full‑time on‑site at Boutique Image’s new Zalka boutique. You will greet customers, understand their style preferences and guide them to the perfect pieces from our curated collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized style advice and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain an inviting and organized retail environment.
• Manage inventory, receive deliveries and ensure stock accuracy.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist customers with garment adjustments, including pinning, narrowing or widening items as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion trends and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Garment pinning and fitting adjustments.
