About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our growing insurance sales team. In this role you will shape sales strategy, motivate staff, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
