About the role

Fidelity Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Agency Director to create and lead a high‑performing life insurance agency in Lebanon. This entrepreneurial position combines leadership, sales management and business development, allowing you to build an organization backed by an established insurer.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a high‑performing life insurance agency.
• Recruit, coach and develop Sales Managers and Insurance Advisors.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Design and execute strategic business development and sales growth plans.
• Drive recruitment, productivity, client acquisition and overall agency performance.
• Coach teams on prospecting, relationship management and client engagement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and sales management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong recruitment, team‑building and talent‑development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship‑building skills.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
