About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, relationship‑driven Financial Services Consultant to join a leading multinational insurance organization in Jal El Dib. The role is client‑facing, focusing on understanding financial protection needs and offering suitable life insurance and financial solutions. No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Identify clients’ financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
• Develop new business through networking and prospecting.
• Provide ongoing client service and follow‑up.
• Work toward defined sales and performance objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Professional and client‑focused attitude.
• Experience in sales, banking, real estate, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Official Bac II certificate required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
