Sales Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

The Sales Consultant – Life Insurance is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Jal El Dib. You will identify prospective clients, understand their life‑insurance needs and deliver tailored product recommendations. The role involves one‑to‑one consultations, policy explanations, quotation preparation and support throughout the application and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and assess their life‑insurance needs.
• Conduct one‑to‑one consultations, explain policy options, prepare quotations and support clients through application and onboarding.
• Maintain client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, follow up on leads and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Document client interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and needs‑assessment skills with a solution‑based selling approach.
• Excellent customer service orientation, responsiveness, empathy and follow‑through.
• Clear professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services and familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Jal El Dib.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
