Sales Executive – Telesales

About the role

Broadnet Technologies is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead telesales efforts and drive revenue growth. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work towards exceeding annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of long‑term prospects.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop annual sales strategies and goals.
• Leverage sales tools and resources to generate leads and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align efforts.
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Create business from both new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
• Establish lasting rapport with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• 2–3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to over‑achieve targets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in sales planning, prospecting and lead generation.
