Chief Retail Officer – Lead Retail Strategy & Growth

About the role

The Chief Retail Officer will shape and execute the company’s retail strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market expansion across all channels. Reporting to the Chairman & CEO, this senior leader will oversee brand portfolio optimization, sales performance, customer experience and retail operations to ensure international standards and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the retail strategy and business plan aligned with the company’s vision and long‑term growth priorities.
• Lead the evolution of the retail business model to maintain competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new growth platforms, markets, channels, partnerships and business opportunities.
• Optimize the brand portfolio, allocate resources to high‑potential brands and categories, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead strategic negotiations with key brands, suppliers and partners to secure optimal commercial terms.
• Represent the company at fashion exhibitions and industry events to capture global trends and develop strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and ensure alignment across the retail organization.
