Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

LAMCO is expanding its sales footprint across Lebanon and seeks an Outdoor Sales Representative to drive B2B growth. The role involves frequent travel, client visits, and presenting adhesive and industrial solutions to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities throughout all Lebanese districts.
• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to present products and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report on sales performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Lebanon.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
