Sales Representative – Software & AI Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative will work on‑site in Tripoli, promoting DMP Soft’s software, mobile applications and AI solutions to both new and existing clients. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, presenting product value, and closing deals in collaboration with the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers across target markets.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and in‑person meetings.
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support account‑management activities.
• Provide client‑driven feedback to the development team.
• Participate in local events and meetings to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
• Good understanding of software, mobile applications and AI solutions, able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver responsive service.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales‑tracking tools and comfort with digital tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple prospects.
• Previous B2B or technology sales experience is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is an advantage.
