About the role
LAMCO, a leading Lebanese provider of waterproofing, adhesives, and construction tools since 2003, is seeking a motivated National Sales Specialist to join its dynamic team. This full‑time, outdoor sales position focuses on expanding the company’s market presence across Lebanon while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote LAMCO’s product portfolio to businesses and job seekers.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets on a regular basis.
- Prospect potential clients, present tailored advertising and product solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Passion for building long‑term client relationships.
