About the role

Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead its luxury retail store in Rabieh. You will be responsible for creating a high‑touch, personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s elegance while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance daily.
• Enhance the customer journey through personalized assistance and swift issue resolution.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain brand standards in store presentation and employee interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team, meet sales goals, and manage store operations.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
