About the role
Les Amis Boutique is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its stores in Rabieh and Verdun. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑touch, luxury shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s elegant image.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Enhance the customer experience through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the boutique’s presentation aligns with brand standards and values.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
