Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Malia Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who manages the full recruitment cycle from vacancy initiation to onboarding. The role acts as a key ambassador of the group with academic partners and external platforms, supporting employer branding and the integration of new employees while following Malia Group policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to define role requirements, success profiles and competency expectations, and develop and maintain job descriptions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, using diverse sourcing strategies and conducting structured, competency-based interviews with objective evaluation and reference checks.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for assigned job functions and safeguard a streamlined recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on onboarding objectives, plan and lead onboarding sessions and one-on-one touchpoints, and monitor newcomers' adjustment.
• Support academic collaborations with institutions, career centers and professional networks, and take part in outreach events and forums.
• Represent Malia Group externally and help prepare TA dashboards, talent analytics and monthly executive reports.
• Contribute to the annual Talent Acquisition Business Plan and cross-functional projects such as succession planning, outreach initiatives and competency framework implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
