Talent Acquisition Executive (Remote)

About the role

A remote Talent Acquisition Executive is sought to identify and secure top talent for every internal role in the company, through thorough interviews and evaluations. The role requires a deep understanding of recruitment practices, strong communication skills and a commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after review by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct screening calls with shortlisted candidates and lead detailed interviews assessing technical and behavioural fit.
• Evaluate technical skills through tailored assessments and collaborate with hiring managers on suitability and final selection.
• Draft and present offers to successful candidates and oversee onboarding so new hires transition smoothly.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and use innovative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
• Manage several roles at once while keeping quality, track recruitment metrics to improve processes, and communicate clearly and promptly with candidates.

Required profile

• At least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, switching between them seamlessly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking and decision-making skills, working independently.
• Adaptability, patience and resilience in challenging situations, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
