Employment Guidance Planner

About the role

A remote team helps experienced professionals find their dream roles by overseeing the entire job search process. The Employment Guidance Planner researches diverse professional fields and guides clients through their career journeys, engaging with them to understand their background and build tailored plans with ongoing support. The role calls for a deep understanding of recruitment practices, excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Research professional fields and write briefs for internal teams.
• Run in-depth onboarding sessions to understand clients' professional backgrounds.
• Identify suitable job titles and roles based on clients' experience and goals.
• Plan the structure and content of CVs to match target roles.
• Design interview training programs tailored to each client.
• Interview recruiters to learn about specific fields and roles.
• Plan daily job application schedules across platforms and track application status, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Resolve client objections and hold meetings with struggling clients to refine strategies.
• Work with internal departments and build long-term client relationships.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or career-related role.
• Expertise in career counseling and coaching.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Extroverted, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and reliable.
