Shop Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Hinnawi International Group is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead store operations and drive retail growth across its premium fashion brand portfolio, which includes U.S. Polo Assn., Gerry Weber, JW PEI, Ipekyol, More & More, Dan John, and adL.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily retail operations, manage inventory and stock replenishment to maximise productivity.
• Recruit, train, schedule and mentor sales associates, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales targets, analyse KPI metrics and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain high customer service standards, handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure store presentation, layout and visual merchandising comply with brand guidelines across all locations.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Shop Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion/apparel retail.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of retail sales KPIs, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays, in major shopping malls.
