Salesperson – Bakery Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our bakery and food service team in Halat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the best of our freshly baked breads, pastries, and international cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable bakery products.
• Assist with product selection, handle orders, process payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and ensure accurate product displays and labeling.
• Answer customer inquiries, promote new items and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with the production team to confirm product availability.
• Perform routine inventory checks and support stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or retail, preferably in food, bakery or hospitality.
• Basic numerical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear spoken communication in local languages; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work full‑time shifts, including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine retail tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
