Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will own a portfolio of manufacturing clients, ensuring their satisfaction while driving revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison, building long‑term relationships and uncovering new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to meet sales targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing timely and effective communication.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, etc.) to meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in the MEA region is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to twice per month.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
