About the role
Azkatech is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for its Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with the sales manager and the sales team to create a steady pipeline of high‑quality prospects across Lebanon, the GCC, and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, referrals, networking and email outreach.
- Identify prospect needs and recommend the most suitable Odoo configuration.
- Schedule meetings and calls between qualified prospects and senior sales executives.
- Maintain detailed notes and context for each lead before handing them off to closers.
- Track activity, pipeline updates and performance metrics in the CRM on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales prospecting, SDR or BDR roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over phone and email.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
