About the role
BlueShield Consulting is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will help drive business growth by generating qualified leads, researching market trends, and building strong client relationships within the cybersecurity and GRC space.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to support business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer & Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities.
- Effective communication skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity or GRC is a plus.
