Business Development Associate

About the role

XS, a fast‑growing multi‑asset CFD broker, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to help expand its client base and promote its financial products. You will work in a supportive, multicultural environment and contribute to the company’s continued success across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and related documentation.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Promote XS’s financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with daily financial market developments.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and provide regular progress feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude.
