Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will assist customers in finding the right hunting products, provide expert advice on gear, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Strong sales and communication skills, as well as knowledge of outdoor activities, are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them select hunting equipment, firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
• Educate customers on product features, proper use, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hunting gear, regulations, and industry trends.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is well displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Adhere to safety and legal regulations regarding firearms and hunting equipment sales.
• Receive and inspect firearms for maintenance, inspection, or repair services.
• Implement the B2C procedure and coordinate with customer service for special requests, warranty claims, or disputes.

Required profile

• Prior retail or sales experience in the hunting, outdoor, or sporting goods industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hunting gear, firearms, and outdoor equipment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
