Life Insurance Specialist (Monthly Financing + Commission)

About the role

A life insurance and financial protection agency established in Beirut in 1953 is hiring a full-time hybrid Insurance Consultant based in Beirut/Jbeil, with flexible options for remote work. The consultant gives clients expert advice on protection and savings products, evaluates their needs and recommends tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and needs assessments
• Prepare personalized insurance and financial proposals
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Stay up to date on market trends, policy structures and financial products
• Work with internal support teams to deliver excellent customer service

Required profile

• Proven ability to assess individual and corporate needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Strong customer service and communication skills to build trusting, long-term relationships
• Ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in insurance, sales or financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Fluent English and Arabic; French is a plus
