Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will join the AIHOM‑ISTIKBAL sales team at the Sefri showroom, providing front‑line customer service and driving furniture sales. You will ensure the showroom meets visual standards, assist customers in selecting products, and close sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, delivering high‑quality service.
• Present, promote, and sell furniture and related services using persuasive arguments.
• Maintain showroom standards, complete daily checklists, and manage seasonal inventories.
• Implement visual displays as directed by Visual Merchandising and handle pricing and stock ordering.
• Advise customers on size, style, colour, fabric and wood choices, taking measurements when required.
• Unroll and display curtains and carpets, and coordinate delivery logistics.
• Follow up with customers after visits, build long‑term relationships, and meet sales targets.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, market trends and competitive activity.

Required profile

• Interior design background.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with customers quickly.
• Knowledge of the furniture industry and high standards of customer service.
