Indoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and social Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right eyewear or contact lenses and ensuring a smooth after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, identify their optical needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Provide advice on vision and optical issues, including patient follow‑up and care options.
• Maintain a clean, organized display of frames, accessories, and related merchandise.
• Collaborate with optometrists and lab technicians to guarantee accurate and timely order processing.
• Follow up with customers for order pickups, after‑sales service, and handle complaints professionally.
• Assist in overall practice development and contribute to a high level of customer service throughout the patient journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the optical or healthcare sector.
• Basic knowledge of optical products and prescription terminology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
