Deal Specialist – MENA Pursuits Excellence

About the role

EY is looking for a Deal Specialist to join its MENA Pursuits Excellence team. Based in Lebanon (or Pakistan/Jordan), you will drive pursuit planning, coordination and execution for high‑value opportunities across the region, applying the Gold Standard Pursuit Process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, workstreams, inter‑dependencies and milestones.
• Facilitate strategy discussions, craft differentiated win themes and create client‑facing content such as proposals, executive summaries and presentations.
• Support oral presentations, strategic messaging and final client meetings.
• Build and maintain pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams, trackers, calendars and status updates.
• Coordinate with creative services, insights professionals and internal resources to elevate proposal quality.
• Capture lessons learned and promote AI‑enabled proposal development tools.
• Act as the central “glue” of the pursuit team, ensuring alignment, engagement and focus on the win strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to produce clear, persuasive client‑centric content.
• Deep understanding of pursuit or business‑development environments.
• Ability to influence teams constructively and thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven settings.
