Medical Sales Supervisor

About the role

Macromed is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Medical Sales Supervisor to lead its team of medical sales representatives. The role focuses on driving sales of pharmaceutical and para‑pharmaceutical products, ensuring high‑quality service to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and support the implementation of sales strategies.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and evaluate field sales representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Monitor daily activities, customer calls, orders, and target achievement.
• Develop marketing strategies for assigned products.
• Coordinate promotional, advertising, digital, and branding activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key accounts.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, sales performance, KPIs, and ROI.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• Strong knowledge of medical products, sales cycles, and market trends.
• Proven leadership, coaching, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
