Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Mega Tours Lebanon is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join its Beirut office. The role focuses on handling complex travel requests, designing bespoke itineraries, and managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements for both individual and group clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and ground transportation.
• Design customized travel packages that meet client preferences and budget constraints.
• Provide proactive customer service, resolve travel‑related issues, and advise clients on destinations, regulations, and product options.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure best rates and availability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency handling high‑end services.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems and GDS platforms, specifically Amadeus.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office applications.
