About the role
Ralee Design, a boutique interior design studio based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated Client Relations & Lead Coordinator to work remotely from Lebanon. The role focuses on managing incoming leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring a smooth client journey from first contact to consultation.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and prepare proposals.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the design team.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM system.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Deliver a seamless experience throughout the client onboarding process.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Strong follow‑up abilities and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
