Talent Development Specialist

About the role

Azadea Group, a lifestyle retail company operating more than 40 international franchise concepts across the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Talent Development Specialist. The specialist provides professional training services within general policies and professional standards, supporting high-quality training in the country of operations in line with the organizational development department's strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance and competence data to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Conduct training needs assessments with the hierarchy, design training courses and prepare training resources in line with the TNA and company guidelines.
• Design technical training sessions and deliver targeted training to foster culture awareness and customer service.
• Administer performance and development programs with the Talent Management department and support line managers.
• Run shop and back-office onboarding programs for new employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness against KPIs, research and coordinate external training providers when needed, and track training costs and expenditure reports.
• Follow up on engagement and completion of digital learning solutions.
• For regional roles: develop and implement managerial training programs within the yearly L&D strategy and budget, and support local trainers in group initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in retail training is a major plus.
• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
