HR & Recruitment Specialist (Evening Shift)

About the role

An on-site evening-shift HR and recruitment specialist is needed at the Beirut office, working 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, employee files and basic HR administration, including support for payroll and attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection and offers
• Draft and post job advertisements, keep job descriptions accurate and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Conduct onboarding and verify that new hires complete the required documents
• Maintain organized employee files and HR records, digitally and physically
• Follow up on pending documents, probation reviews and contract renewals, and flag delays
• Match open positions with approved headcount and job requirements
• Verify leave balances, working hours and employee data to support payroll and attendance
• Help implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs, and handle employee inquiries confidentially

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Very good written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, organized and accurate, with strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and candidate information
• Willingness to work the evening shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
