About the role

CIS College, part of the CIS Group Educational Group in Lebanon, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for its Career Hub department. The role guides students through the job search process, helping them identify their interests, prepare for opportunities and receive continuous support throughout their employability journey. It calls for strong communication and follow-up skills and a student-centred approach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact students to assess their job preferences, availability and readiness.
• Match students with suitable job or internship opportunities.
• Help students develop and edit their CVs.
• Brief students on job roles and expectations before referring them.
• Schedule and run mock interviews to build student confidence.
• Coach students for real interviews with tips and advice.
• Follow up after interviews to track progress and give feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education or a related field.
• Experience in student support, career services or recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Passion for youth development and employability.
