Store Assistant

About the role

SuperDokan is expanding its retail network in Lebanon and seeks a Store Assistant for its new Baakline branch. You will help deliver an excellent shopping experience while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, answer product questions, and provide friendly service.
• Receive, organize, and label inventory deliveries.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Price products on shelves and maintain accurate stock placement.
• Support cash and cash‑on‑delivery transactions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for shoppers and staff.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and review stock levels.
• Follow SuperDokan’s operational and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
• Stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Take pride in maintaining accurate shelves and stock.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, energetic, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light‑to‑medium boxes.
• Previous experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, or customer service is an advantage.
• High school diploma preferred.
