IT Specialist - On-Site Support

About the role

Ohana Development, a real estate developer of luxury residences in Lebanon and the UAE, is hiring an IT Specialist for its Lebanon office. The specialist provides on-site technical support and is the main point of contact for local IT needs, keeping end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, network connectivity, meeting-room technology, printers, IT assets and CCTV systems running reliably. Incidents and service requests are handled within the assigned support level, and complex or high-risk issues are documented and escalated to the Head of IT.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and ticket-based support for hardware, Windows, M365, connectivity and printing issues.
• Manage device provisioning, Active Directory/Entra ID joins and endpoint deployment via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network printer operations and coordinate local infrastructure support.
• Apply security baselines, keep patch compliance up to date and respond to Microsoft Defender alerts.
• Oversee local IT asset inventories, equipment lifecycles, meeting room/AV technology and CCTV systems.
• Document incidents and escalate complex issues to the Head of IT or the appropriate specialist or vendor.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Three to five years of IT experience.
• Site-office, construction, property-development or multi-location support experience is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, MD-102 or MS-900, ITIL 4 Foundation; SC-200 or AZ-500 is advantageous.

• TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, switching, routing and firewall basics; Microsoft Defender and patching.
• Printers, meeting-room technology, CCTV, ticketing and asset systems.
