Business Solution Support Engineer

About the role

The Business Solution Support Engineer supports and maintains existing projects while keeping customer satisfaction high. The role handles customer support requests, coordinates with project owners and contributes to implementing new features for internal projects. It suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary support engineer for all existing projects, handling support requests, incidents and service calls
• Provide first and second level support, troubleshooting functional and technical issues within defined SLAs
• Work closely with the project owner on escalations and deeper technical analysis, and communicate issues and resolutions clearly
• Support handovers between implementation and support phases
• Take part in implementing new features and enhancements, including testing, validation and deployment
• Verify fixes and configurations before release so they do not break existing functionality
• Maintain documentation of support procedures, known issues and resolutions, and contribute to internal knowledge bases
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to support processes, tools and workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in technical solution design and project execution
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Net framework/Core is a must
• Dynamics 365 or SharePoint development experience is a strong plus
• MS SQL proficiency
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and programming languages relevant to project requirements
