Product Consultant - MX.3 Insight Solution

About the role

Murex, a global fintech leader in trading, risk management and processing solutions for capital markets, is looking for a Product Consultant for its MX.3 Insight solution. The role sits in the S4C team within Product Evolution Services (PES), which develops and manages MXinsight and MXlint, internal products supporting data-driven analysis, optimization and quality assessment of MX.3 environments. As a junior team member, you will support product users and contribute to product evolution while building technical and functional expertise alongside experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal users of MXinsight and MXlint, investigate reported issues, reproduce problems and work with developers and functional experts to resolve them, helping users adopt the products effectively.
• Contribute to product evolution within SCRUM/SAFe practices: gather user feedback, refine the backlog and turn business needs into practical improvements.
• Analyze data using Python and SQL to monitor product KPIs and develop scripts, automation and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Validate new features and fixes, contribute to regression testing, and maintain user guides, troubleshooting documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, functional experts, developers and project teams to understand their needs and share findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, software development, data analysis or a similar role.
• Prior knowledge of MX.3 or experience in the Murex ecosystem is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and spoken English; curiosity, proactivity, attention to detail and ability to take ownership while seeking guidance.

Required skills

• Practical Python for scripting, automation and data analysis.
• Working SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON and YAML.
• Basic Linux command-line tools and shell scripting.
• Understanding of software testing and QA principles, Git and Agile practices.
• Interest in machine learning/AI; knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
