AI Agent Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position turns colleagues' requests into tested workflows that reduce repeated manual steps and give clearer results. An AI agent follows instructions, uses connected tools and passes uncertain results to a person for review. You build the workflows, check their outputs and explain how people should use them, under the guidance of a technology team lead who reviews changes before they are used. The role pays a monthly base salary of USD 1,220 to 1,470 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Turn incoming requests into a build plan tracked in a work management tool such as ClickUp, putting urgent fixes first.
• Ask colleagues which steps they repeat by hand and write down inputs, decisions and where a person must review results.
• Use an AI assistant such as Gemini to interpret instructions and draft responses, defining what the agent may do and when it must stop.
• Build connected steps with an automation tool such as n8n so that information moves and actions start automatically without clicks.
• Write, test and improve prompts, keeping useful versions with notes on their purpose and limits.
• Check every AI answer or result before it is used or shared, and add checks and alerts for failed steps or doubtful answers, routing exceptions to a person.
• Write short guides for each workflow, its tools, its owner and its review points, and watch new workflows after release to fix problems.

Required profile

• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows; work and personal projects count.
• Ability to break a manual process into clear steps, decisions and review points, and to write precise prompts.
• Comfortable explaining how an AI agent works and careful testing habits.
• Clear written updates and respect for private information.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the named tools, or readiness to practice their setup and testing with guidance.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
