IT Installation and Implementation Specialist

About the role

The IT Installation and Implementation role supports the planning, installation, configuration and implementation of IT infrastructure, hardware, software and network solutions across company locations. It coordinates with internal teams to deliver IT projects, new site setups and technical support in line with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative support: follow up on IT implementation schedules and project timelines, maintain documentation of IT assets, installations and configurations, prepare project progress reports, coordinate with suppliers and departments, and track IT equipment inventory.
• Technical support: assist the IT Helpdesk, install and set up hardware, software and IT systems, handle end-to-end implementation for new branches and offices, troubleshoot system and device issues, verify systems work before go-live and support employees during implementation.
• Network and infrastructure support: install and configure network equipment and connectivity, set up network cabling for new sites, monitor network stability, coordinate with external internet providers, and help maintain network security and compliance with company IT standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Implementation, Infrastructure Support or a similar field.
• Good command of written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and IT support tools.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware installation and connectivity solutions.
