Educational Representative – French Market

About the role

The Educational Representative (French) will promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. You will be the main point of contact for French‑speaking customers, building relationships and expanding market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops (training provided).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and maximise revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.
• Travel across the Lebanese territory to visit clients and educational sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or education‑sector experience.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and handle stress.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
