Sales Promotions Coordinator

About the role

Librex Holding, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of the Ritello Cleaning System and water purifiers such as Crystello, Waterello and Pamello, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Promotions Coordinator in Zalqa. The role plans, coordinates and executes sales promotion activities for the company's product lines, including in-home demonstrations and local campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with promotional materials
• Conduct market and sales research
• Track promotion performance
• Coordinate events and customer outreach initiatives
• Work closely with customer service and sales staff to keep messaging consistent and follow up with prospects promptly
• Handle inquiries related to promotions and keep organized records of promotional activities
• Contribute ideas that improve customer engagement and sales growth

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in sales and sales promotion, able to support campaigns and in-home demonstration programs
• Experience in sales research, gathering and analysing market data to inform promotional strategies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Zalqa, manage several tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
• Prior experience in sales coordination, promotions or marketing support is beneficial
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to learn product features and demonstration techniques
