Sales Executive - Lighting Solutions

About the role

Light Inc., a specialized lighting solutions provider founded in 1981 and authorized agent of Philips Lighting in Lebanon, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Mkalles. The role drives sales of the company's lighting products and solutions, from prospecting to project support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects, conduct client meetings and site visits, and present tailored lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, manage the sales pipeline and negotiate contract terms.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on leads and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams so projects are executed accurately and delivered on time.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and new lighting technologies, report sales activities and contribute to sales forecasts.
• Support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management and deal closing.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities; confidence meeting customers on-site.
• Basic technical understanding of lighting products, with the ability to learn specifications, standards and eco-friendly technologies.
• Solid organization and time management to handle multiple opportunities and follow-ups.
• Ability to work with engineering, operations and customer service teams.
• 2 years of experience in lighting, electrical, construction or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in common office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools.
