About the role

RezlanHome is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its on‑site sales team in Sidon. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the home and lifestyle product range.

Key responsibilities

  • Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Coach, mentor and manage a diverse sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to align activities and maintain a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage key client relationships, negotiate terms and represent RezlanHome at local market events.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail, home goods or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and performance‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales metrics, forecasting and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the Sidon market; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
